Are utilities included?
No. Listed rents do not include utilities unless a listing says so.
How much is the deposit?
We will confirm the amount before you sign. In Alberta, a security deposit cannot be more than one month’s rent.
Do I need to be in Canada to apply?
You can send an enquiry from anywhere, but we recommend viewing a place in person, or having someone you trust view it for you.
Are pets allowed?
